What is included for bikeshops in Klar-ID?

Everything for day-to-day workshop operations: customer and bike management, workshop orders, quotes and invoices, cash book, ordering and Veloconnect, exports and AI support. These base functions cost CHF 29 / EUR 29 per month. Additional services you book cost extra.

Is Klari included in the base functions for bikeshops?

No. Klari is a separate paid add-on service.

Do I have to book POS & payment?

No. The base functions can be used independently of it. External fiscalisation and payment processing belong to the optional add-on package.

How is AI usage charged?

For riders, AI support is included without a separate usage fee. For the base functions, it is included in the base price. When brand tickets are handled, the corresponding AI usage is billed to the brand.
